Mike was absolutely great through the entire process! I brought my car in and he was honest, worked with my insurance company and the rental service. He handled it all and he truly values the work he does. He was recommended to me after needing major work from an accident and I clearly see why.
I have used mike now for two unfortunate events. I have not been let down. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Both of my vehicles looked brand new rolling off his lot. The shop is super busy, and there is a reason for it! He did everything from fighting with the insurance company to make sure everything was perfect. He is honest and keeps complete transparency. Has my car for 2 years. He claimed he was very busy. Promised me all including if he didn't have me repaired in one week, it would be free. He was on vacation and his son said that they are having issues finding parts. My cousin found a front fender in 5 minutes. A car sitting for 2 years will have bad gas.. bad battery cells and tires that are no good. Dropped off a fender 2 weeks ago and tonight nothing has been done
We took our Honda Crosstour into three different Body Shops to get an estimate on a patch of rust over the back drivers side wheel. Mike took a look at it and said he would fix it. Even the paint matched perfectly. This is definitely a man who keeps his word and does excellent work. Would definitely suggest you visit his Body Shop on Route 94 in Vernon.
Everyone here is amazing. Mike made a difficult time for me much easier. He was incredibly kind and kept me updated every step of the way. They did amazing work on my car and it came out looking brand new! Highly recommend them to anyone!!
