I have nothing nice to say about this doctor. The worst! My grandmother has been his patient for over 25years. She recently called to ask what time her appointment was because she forgot. She is over 80years old and can be forgetful like any individual. Dr.ostro told her to not come back and she knows what time her appointment was. You are just a number in his eyes. The nuse who works in Dr. Ostro's office either has given expired vaccines to my child or recorded an incorrect vaccine's Lot Number in her Yellow Immunization Record which has created a problem with my daughter's school registeration. She's also forgotten to give my other daughter the required vaccine when I took her to Dr. Ostro's office. The receptionists and the nurse who work at Dr. Ostro's office are extremely rude and unpleasant. The doctor himself is rarely in his office. Unprofessional and disrespectful
This doctor Dr. Ostro was very rude and unprofessional he does not communicate respectfully and has a tendency to raise his voice at people I wish I could give a zero rating. In my opinion he should consider retiring so patients can feel safer and more respected. At times it felt as though he believed he was above others within the healthcare system
