Super helpful and knowledgeable. I’d had a “plumber” charge a fortune and leave me with leaking under-sink plumbing. I took the old setup in and they helped me build a new one, even showing me where to cut and how to make sure it didn’t leak. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much.
When i went there first it was a bit slow but acceptable. The secound time i cannot tell if he was taking the peace or the system is that slow but i had one coustemer ahead of me was waiting 25 minutes than he let go the coustemer than started again with the same coustemer and i asked how long it takes he answered one coustemer at the time . I was having trouble with my room radiator always on despite having the valve knob already switched off. Michael was very attentive and explained to me patiently how I can troubleshoot it. Michael is very helpful and friendly. I don’t know much about plumbing but he is very willing to explain it to me and give me very good advice and solution to solve my drain issue. He is very genuine and would not ask you to buy something that you don’t need. Highly recommend 👍👍👍
