I had an absolutely terrible experience with this transmission 'expert.' Not only did the repair job make my vehicle's performance even worse than before—to the point where it's clear he doesn't want to fix what he himself made worse—but the attitude and unprofessionalism I encountered were shocking. It's clear this person lacks both the skills and the basic courtesy needed to run a reputable business. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
I would like to say I wouldn't even give 1 They've had our vehicle for almost a month,every week it's an excuse and a different day of when we'll get our vehicle back. I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle there, they get upset if you call and ask when they'll be finished with YOUR vehicle! Definitely not a PROFESSIONAL shop as far as job completion and courtesy!
