I’ve gone here 2 times and both times have been excellent! Tye is a master at his craft, shaping is perfection. His staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!
I called to inquire about whether they use the “cheese grater” like callous remover for pedicures because I have never been here and the guy that picked up said if I want that I should go to a ghetto nail salon and hung up the phone. I called back to respectfully express how rude that was and he yelled and said, “well you are not my customer so who cares!!” and hung up again. If he treats someone who calls to ask a question like this I can only imagine what Poor customer service he has in person! Go somewhere else.
Great nail salon! Very clean and never disappointed! I always get my dip done here and they always last me.
