Anthony came in and checked/changed our filters at work. Very personable and professional!
Kent came into our business and he was all over the place. He said he’d clean up his mess after and our carpet is a mess and he left our ladder out and didn’t put it back.
Our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving and they sent out a mechanic/tech the next day so props to them for availability during holidays. The mechanic was not informative, his visit had to of lasted all of 20 minutes. He came up said “I’m here” no idea who he is. He did his thing and told us we had a crack in the heat exchange on a 3 year old Lennox. He got his camera out and showed me a picture of “the crack”.
