I am a service professional myself... and i referred many painting contracts to Maryann. I paid alot of money out of my pocket for the leads which she gladly took on. Worst experience. Hired last year to replace my old tile and carpet with new tile. The first room she did was good. Although she talked me into a more expensive and different style of tile than I had requested, the work was acceptable. A couple of months later I called her back to finish the rest of the house. I prepaid the cost of the tile because she told me the price was going up and it was a discontinued color. I walked right into that one. Big mistake! If you want quality work don't call this pill head,she doesn't pay her employees because she's always waiting for a check to clear,but she always stays high as a kite.I believe in karma,and all I can say is find a reputable business if you use her you will get watered down paint, poor quality, and more excuses than you can count
