Dr Blackwood is awesome. She is a very caring and understanding doctor. She did my surgery 10 years ago .
If I could give Dr Blackwood & her NP a O Star rating I would. Was referred to her by a doctor I respect. I never saw her, her NP came into the room. She did not have the correct file (my file) and had to go back and get it. Gave me the details for a breast MRI with contrast - that visit cost me $250 for less than 10 minutes of consult time, but not one minute with Dr. Blackwood. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. She entered the room with a huge smile and right away held my hand, making me feel safe. She's so nice. Happy I decided to visit her office and not another's. I'm 5 weeks post-op and I feel good.
From the minute I met with her I knew she was the doctor for me. Very personable and professional, made my experience as comfortable as I could have imagined. My sister recommended her and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a breast doctor.
