As a mediator, Mr. O'Steen was very unprofessional. He was disruptive to the mediation process and insulting. He raised his voice multiple times to impose himself over the parties, who were discussing issues calmly and amicably. Furthermore, he pushed for the result he wanted, which is contrary to the purpose of mediation. I cannot in good conscience recommend his mediation services. I cannot speak to his abilities as an attorney. I have added one star for the cleanliness of his office.
