First off, Dr Hanna is a one man show. When he is not there then you are out of luck. I made an appt with Dr Hanna and 1 day before each appt I was rescheduled 3 times. The first 2 times it was 1 month out and then last time I was told it would be 6 months later. And the girls in the office can be very rude. 9 month delay is unacceptable.
