BUYER BEWARE… we have had the most awful experience in dealing with the 360 Auteuil location. I spent over $5,000 in this shop this year alone … customer lost for life. Arrogant and condensing service team, lack of transparency… I don’t trust the work completed. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life.
⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 stars Why 3 stars? My experience with Mechanic 360 was a mixed bag. On the positive side, their customer service was commendable. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, managing to squeeze me in for a next-day appointment despite my last-minute call. However, the main issue arose from a communication breakdown regarding my vehicle. I own a Toyota GR86 that's been lowered to about 3 inches of ground clearance due to coilover installation. The good: very courteous. Good mechanic. The bad: money grabbing. Overcharging on time. Tierod replaced in 45min, charged 1.1 hrs. They say rear brakes finished, pads 3/4 inch thick and no lip on rotors. Waited an hour from appointment time. Alignment half done, rear can't be done must change all bolts and arms, quoted $900. But charged for 4 wheel alignment. Got it done at another (honest) garage today for $425 including parts. They confirmed rear brakes are ok.
