Malgré plusieurs appels, messages, courriels, même un message laissé par le représentant directement laissé au directeur du garage, jamais mon fils n’a reçu de retour, ni courriels, ni retour d’appel. Impossible de noter le service puisqu’il en a pas.
Garbage people. Nobody answers phone calls. Told me to leave my name and phone number and never get back to me. I called 5 million times! Close this godamnnn place. I still have my warranty on my car and they never answer phone calls bulll crap!!
I bought a Toyota RAV4 2016 from HGregoire at Carignan and the garage there don't answer any calls. I have been waiting since October 2024 ( 7 months ) to fix an issue with my car, it's16 April 2025. Every time I call the person who pick up the call, ask for name and number but no one call back. I would have appreciated if the HGregroire and the M Mécanique 360 were transparent with the issues of the car by mentioning one problem and not hiding the others.
