Dug out old driveway,I needed to extend for more parking & put in a B.BALL leveled half court.Mark !! Drew up the plans and made it work which I never thought it would !! I explained in detail a driveway in needed done at a new development project in detail. I wrote up a contract and Mark and crew did the binder coat. When it came to the top coat, days before the job Mark increased his price last minute and claimed that he did not understand the full scope of work. I needed the certificate of occupancy which meant I needed the driveway done and had no other last minute options.
