I called the store to confirm.that an air filter for a 330LK Husqvarna weed trimmer was in stock. "Yes, we have three.," After the 35 minute drive, the assiciate, hands me a filter that is not the proper replacement part. We literally had to walk tovthe front ofvthe store so i could show him the filter on the 330LK floor model, that the filter he was tryingvto sell me was incorrect. Cashier ladies are rude and disrespectful
Do not rent from here you're better off just buying brand new ELSEWHERE.
They've had my weed eater for over a year , I was quoted a price , I gave them the go ahead to fix. I've called out there numerous times to check on the progress, and was told the first time they would have to order a part. Checked back 3 weeks later and was told they weren't giving the go ahead to work on the weed eater. Gave them the go to fix it, and was told as soon as the part comes in will start working on it. Called back about a month later and was told they wouldn't have anybody back there until Monday. Called again ... read more
