They've had my weed eater for over a year , I was quoted a price , I gave them the go ahead to fix. I've called out there numerous times to check on the progress, and was told the first time they would have to order a part. Checked back 3 weeks later and was told they weren't giving the go ahead to work on the weed eater. Gave them the go to fix it, and was told as soon as the part comes in will start working on it. Called back about a month later and was told they wouldn't have anybody back there until Monday. Called again ... read more

Truly one of the only stores left that give you that homegrown mom and pop store service. I called before I came and was blown away by the guy who assisted over the phone. Answered all of my questions in detail and even offered other options I didn’t even consider. When I got there I was assisted immediately and got exactly what I wanted. Not only did they beat the competition on pricing they also offered 2 year warranty through them! Not the manufacturer. Favorite hardware store in the Steubenville area. I’m always in and out of here faster than Lowe’s. Store employees are more knowledgeable and friendlier. Only rarely do they not have something that Lowe’s does
