Always helpful and informative staff.
They do have large selection, just usually not what we need ..if they do actually have what ya need, be prepared to pay at least double the cost of competitors. The couple times we've inquired with service department, told they do not work on whichever we are asking about. Therefore for these reasons we rarely stop there anymore unless we've come up empty everywhere else.
The best customer service that I ever received. They came through big time for me. I appreciate the wonderful staff that they have. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I was directed to another employee who assisted me in cutting chain. I went to Lowe's and Rural King first and then I found M&M True Value Hardware. I wish that I went there first, but since I am not from the area, I did not know what a great store it is. I highly recommend. They are excellent.
