Stupid stupid owner doesn’t know how to talk bad service they don’t take credit card debit card nothing not at all supportive super expensive
We broke down at the South Carolina Welcome center. We were driving a f250 and pulling a 32 ft travel trailer. We had mechanics come out and check the truck. They couldn't fix it here but could at their shop 2 miles away. M & M totally ripped us off. They charged us $200 to pull our truck 2 miles. Plus they olly took cash. My husband had to ride with the driver to an ATM. I'm warning you, do not call this company to tow your vehicle anywhere. I think they owe me $150 back. So ridiculous and frustrating.
I call it highway Robbery, WE call them, 125 call fee and then 2.5 hours to change Fuel filters and Water separator filter, Costly us 550 ,which we paid, then came again asking for Diagnosis fee which 150, GOD Bless them
The owner get angry real quick. Be careful!
