They are scammers and completely shameless. I called them to let them know I had a bad differential seal that needed to be replaced. They told me it would cost $450 to replace it. Fine. They showed up, looked at the truck, and just repeated exactly what I already knew—that it was the seal. Then they said they didn’t even have the part until Monday. Might as well have thrown 600 dollars out the windoow. Mobile mechanic refused to do anything we asked actually lied telling me he disconnected speed sensor from transmission. I called to have a faulty sensor for Def level replaced and told me another lie that he couldn't do it because Def fluid will be all over parking lot because he would need to remove Def tank and I know the sensor on the top. Had a trailer tire fall off on the highway!!!! This shop happened to be close by and they were a TREMENDOUS help in getting me back on the road! Save this number or stop by and grab a business card! Very polite and professional!
STAY AWAY! Spent an extra almost 3k on repairs over the initial quote. Then threatened with "we know local law enforcement" when I dispute it. Shady business run by people who think taking advantage of customers will work. The owner works on the floor so it's not the employees doing it....its obvious this company is rotten from the core. BEWARE!
