normally don't leave reviews like this, but my experience Dalbir Mann was extremely unprofessional and concerning. He contacted me privately and tried to convince me to buy some of the stuff he's been stealing from the business! When I declined, he started threatening me and treating me with hostility. The situation escalated when he followed me outside, yelled at me in an aggressive way, and warned me not to tell anyone about his offer. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Best shop hands down
I would give ZERO stars if I had the option. My mom paid $615 for transmission flush, water pump and coolant, and oil change and NONE of that work was done. This man is a liar. We pulled samples and all the fluids were dirty, bolts on water pump housing were untouched, oil filter was same brand as the last place she got it changed at and dated 05/2022 (today is 05/19/2023).
