Great experience with Martin! We hired him to repair cracks in our stucco. Took photos of all the damaged areas before work started. Price was very reasonable. He did the work in winter and it was no issue at all. He even patched bird holes 30 feet up! You can tell he has a ton of experience doing what he does. He was very meticulous which is hard to find these days. In addition, he found some other small issues while working and brought it to our attention. martin is the best! after trying for 2 months to find a stucco contractor who would find the time to fit my small repair job (fill 10 woodpecker holes)into their schedule, i discovered m&m stucco. martin was kind enough to fit me in as i was trying to prepare to list my house for sale. his work is impeccible! you cannot see the repairs with the naked eye; his workmanship and color matching skills are that superb. on top of that, he is a really nice guy!
We are very pleased with the beautiful stucco repair, wood trim repair, and painting that Martin did on our old Tudor style house. Everything that was replaced and repaired blends in very well and was color matched perfectly. Martin was very friendly, helpful, and communicated well. I would highly recommend his services!
I would highly recommend Martin for EIFS siding repair/painting. He is very responsive, works clean and efficiently, and the end result was great. Color and texture matching A+. His price was very reasonable for the great quality of work.
