I have always had same day or next day service from M&m. They have always had the needed parts with them on the truck. I live about 20 mi from Lexington and they are always my first choice in hvac troubles.
did not show up for appt. 2 days in a row.outside temp was 104very unreliable..kept saying "he's on his way."We did not even get the courtesy of a phone callsaying he was not coming.
