Very bad experience, unprofessional and rude! Hung up on me and refused to assist me with my issue. They sent me broken parts and refuse a refund never deal with them again be careful bunch of scammers
I purchased a 2019 Toyota Avalon engine mounts after the mechanic install them. It was defected when you put it in drive the car kicks in the mechanic from beginning did not recommend using a used engine mount, MNM said the engine mounts were kind of new came from a car with 300 miles when I picked them up was fully dusty and it looks way older. I still have three days warranty left. I’m trying to return or get a replacement and the Customer Service person we’re so rude and hanged up the call on me. This is not a such a nice... read more
