Unfortunately, zero stars isn’t an option. If this isn’t freakin lazy and pathetic, I don’t know what it is. Two bags that were placed on top of the can, they chose to throw them on the ground so they didn’t have to get their lazy a$$e$ off the truck. Perryville, Ky. May 14, 2024

This company is a waste of our tax dollars and pay. They cannot even pick up recycling. It has been 4 weeks Friday since they have picked up for a service I am mandated to pay for. I have called and been promised a 24 hours pickup twice. This infuriates me that the our city of Danville allows this to happen. We need a new contract with a new company. This is not the first time I've had to call. This isn't because our recycling wasn't set out in time, this is because they are negligent.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They miss picking up my garbage frequently. Even after calling numerous times for trash pickup they never come. What is more outrageous is that they continue to bill you fully even when it is their fault. I resent having to pay for services that I don't receive. It's a travesty that this company has a monopoly on garbage pickup in the city and I hope that when their contract expires the city of Harrodsburg lets them go and hire another company.

When skipped because of holiday they never came back. After many phone calls of telling us they were coming they still never showed. And they admitted that they still charge even if they don’t pick up from fault of their own.
