Nice people, great service.
We used this group for our wedding in Santa Cruz. Since we did not live in the area, we had to rely on the website and email correspondence. All the materials we rented were in good condition, and the staff were very helpful when we realized we hadn't returned all of the items and needed to return them the following week.
Their EZ Setup canopies were inexpensive and very easy to use. The staff was professional and helpful and willing to deliver in the Santa Cruz Mountains for my wedding. I highly recommend them for any sort of event.

Rented a tent for an event for $1600; had bad winds and contacted the owner to reqest that her team come out and properly ground the tent so the winds wouldn't blow it away, as it was a liability and danger to others in the area. She requested that I remove the walls of the tent (which we did), and then in the night, she sent her team to remove the tent before our event had occurred. After talking to her, she is not refunding the $1600 and says it was our fault (that there was bad weather). I am currently fighting the charge... read more
