I suppose new, potential clients should be aware that this business has supposedly "lost several installers and is "underwater" with contracts and cannot take on new work"? This is verbatim from the cancellation call we received today re: a new tank. We called this company for an estimate for a tank a few months ago. Local company that cares about their customers. The service techs are thoughtful, polite, and competent. We had a terrible experience with another provider and they were able to place a new tank and get our service restored in less than 3 hours (during a tropical storm!)
If you are looking for a reliable Propane company in the Charleston area, look no further. They are super friendly and easy to work with. Have used them for Years and they always come on a dime. Jared and Andre just showed up and service with a smile and fast fill up as always A+ Service.
