Upset at how they handle less than ideal situations. M&M came without notice to fill a tank. They entered my property without knocking or confirming delivery. I have on video the guy not knocking. Entered my locked gate, pulled hard until he ripped the locks out of the wood. Proceeded to fill tank and left. I suppose new, potential clients should be aware that this business has supposedly "lost several installers and is "underwater" with contracts and cannot take on new work"? This is verbatim from the cancellation call we received today re: a new tank. We called this company for an estimate for a tank a few months ago.
