I've read some of the negative reviews here and I gotta say that just wasn't my experience at all. I bought a Lifan KPT400 from them. Every other dealer I found was upcharging $600+ for the pannier cases which ship with the bike anyway, but M&M included them for free and the bike was still less than those other dealers. I got a great deal, Mike was a no nonsense kind of guy which I like, and his wife was a sweetheart. I think some people are just unreasonable with unrealistic expectations no matter what you do. purchased a side by side from them. Intimidator was purchased by Toro and the price went up asap so they stopped carrying them. Now parts is a pain. 19k waste of money on this unit. Bought a unicorn.
