I asked them if they repair my CPAP Ibreeze machine prior to mailing it to them. Once they received it, they told me that they did not repair my machine because it was obsolete. I then asked for a manager to complaint and he rudely responded "I'll have a talk with them". I'm out 60 plus dollars in shipping cost and two weeks of sleepless nights. They are terrible!
Alan was helpful, extremely cooperative, and gave me excellent professional service in the repair of my Simply Go O2 -Concentrator. I am happy to recommend him highly and will definitely return, if my device needs service again.
