They kept $800 but never gave us our garage screens. They look like they are out of busines now.
Scammers. Ordered garage doors, never received them. They don’t answer the phone or emails but take deposits no problem. Moderncraft is a much better company. They are affordable with excellent and fast service
- "Absolutely appalling service! I would give this company zero stars if I could. Two years ago, I foolishly entrusted them with a $1000 deposit, and since then, it's been nothing but radio silence. They've completely ignored all my attempts to reach out, whether by phone, email, or even carrier pigeon. Horrible experience. Job incomplete. Owner does not call back after 6 months of installation to complete the job. Inconvenienced now to file a claim in court.
