Absolutely the most disrespectful people. Tom is extremely rude and doesn't care to help, just looks down on you and insults you. My children were looking for some input on home fundig and he was no help, just insulted them and belittled them. Great business model. Now I see why they have a 2.1. Guessing the 5 stars are friends and family.
I have bought 3 cars from this place and all the people who have helped me have been very helpful and supportive I have had a great experience with them all so sad that they are not hear any more. I want to thank Bethainy she is a 10 out of 10.
This is the worst finance company ever. Please think twice before leasing a car. The new management is not the best. We have a car paying monthly payment and we can't drive it. So sad.
