Conducted a quote, waited a year then dragged things along. Continued to text back and forth on the install date and never showed up at all. What a joke!
Fantastic job from the start of the process until the end. The crew worked hard in the heat and everything was meticulous when they left. Thanks for transforming our backyard.
The install went well last year. The fence looks great but the customer service leaves a lot to de desired. My gate keeps needing to be adjusted which they said should be covered in the warranty. I first called in December 2024 and finally Forster it myself but it keeps happening and they don’t return my text and never make it out to adjust it. It is now June 2025. Once they get your money it seems that the there is not customer service.
Mike was great to work with from the start. Communication was clear and consistent, and he worked diligently and efficiently to get the fence done. The final product turned out perfect: solid, clean lines, and exactly what we asked for. It’s already been through two storms with zero issues. You can tell the craftsmanship and materials are high quality. Customer service was top-notch throughout, and the follow-up after the install has been great. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service and experience with M & M Fence Co! They did a great job and were very thorough throughout the entire process! They even took the extra dirt from digging the holes for the posts and spread it around my yard in all the low spots.
