Very disappointed! I made an appointment for an eye exam at M&M eye institute. I gave them all of my insurance information during the call. This morning I arrived early for my apponitment so as to fill out paperwork. I did so and proceeded to check in. At that point I was told that my appointment today is covered but my appointment tomorrow is not. I questioned this and I was told that todays doctor is contracted, but tomorrows is not contracted with my insurance. I asked why I wasn't told this before? I got a shrug of the s... read more
