M&M Excellent Cleaners is my go-to spot for dry cleaning. They always do a quick, efficient job, and I’ve never had any issues. They’ve removed stains for me in no time, and everything always comes back looking perfect. Plus, I’m always greeted with a smile, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Started coming here last September and they have been the sweetest most kindest people ever! The customer service is amazing and the work they do in terms of laundry services, dry cleaning services, and alteration services are some of the best in the city! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a regular laundromat!
Been coming here for almost a full year now, absolutely excellent!! I am a bartender and my uniform is a white suit jacket and no matter how stained it is when I bring it in I pick it up perfectly white again. I have also had a few shirts altered, tricky material but she did a perfect job. Very affordable prices too. Wash and fold has been great as well. The owners are lovely and kind. Never had a bad experience here
This place destroyed an article of clothing and refused to take any responsibility or provide any compensation. They claimed that a hole they noted on the ticket meant the entire garment was damaged when I brought it in, despite clear destruction of the integrity of the fabric as a result of their "cleaning." DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES.
BAD CLOTHES ALTERATION SERVICE! I did alterations service twice here and both time the lady was very incompetent and constantly told me to change the requirements so she didnt have to do much work. I took in a jean for ~$40 then a blazer for $45, they charged me a lot for it. When i came to get the blazer, it didnt fit quite well like we discussed and the lady asked for extra $15 on top of $45 to fit it again even though it was her negligence.
