We bought a dining room table set and China cabinet and she ASSURED us that the smoke smell would come out after a couple washes and that the color would not fade. That is the ONLY reason we went ahead and got the items that smelled like smoke. She assured us she is a professional cleaner and knows how to clean these items without them being ruined. I have been a loyal customer for several years, try not to miss a sale. today i went and found a pool pump in the garage marked 10$. I asked the man at the register and also asked Margie herself if I could place it on a hold table so that I didn't have to carry inside the house. they both said yes put it right there, and pointed to a table. i placed it on the rear of the table and continued to shop. when i returned I noticed that someone had written over the price and changed it to 40$. The 10.00 you seen written on the box was not our pricing(black marker on box) As mentioned to you many people were bringing the item up to the register with out our green price sticker, which I told you this.
