I want to preface this by saying i’ve been coming to thus salon since i was 10 years old I am 26 now and although this is a dominican salon, majority of customers are BLACK and today 7/19/2025 I was completely disgusted and disappointed by the service. The owner was not there and i’m sure if she was this would not have happened. I can say as a mixed girly it’s always hard to find someone that can deal with my hair texture appropriately and safely. Coming from New York I also can say that I was skeptical with a new hand in my head. As we all can relate to with finding a new stylist. From when I walked into the door it felt as if I was walking into one of my titi’s house.
