I called this company this past winter when we had heavy rains. My roof was leaking, I tried several companies before and they were all super busy. When I called this company they explained that they are overwhelmed with work but they understand my situation and they send someone out within a couple of hours to place a tarp on my roof until they were able to come back a few days later. Great service
