I am casual rider, at best, and these guys always get it right. Bought a beach cruiser from them when I moved here in 2008 so I could get myself around town until my motorcycle arrived. Traded it in today for a more practical road bike and they offered me exactly the amount I had in my head. Always fair, and always quality service.
