I called to inquire about a patio project and there was no answer. I left a message on the voicemail and received a call back a day later, late in the evening. The lady asked for photos of what needed to be done and to send by email, which I sent. I was told she would look over and respond with a date & time for an appointment. Over a week later, I received an email that they are unable to perform this project.
