Flowers were beautiful but the communication to a customer needs to be improved. The flowers were not delivered on the day required, and I had to call asking for an update. The person answering the phone answered “hello?” instead of a anticipated “Hi, thanks for calling ______ may I help you?” I continued to have to pry information from the employee about when the flowers were supposed to be delivered. M&M she did a wonderful job on flowers for a funeral and it was the last minute. She went out her way to get the flowers done before the funeral she did a wonderful job and I recommended her .job well done

I made a Valentine’s Day order to surprise my girlfriend at work, but then she got the day off! I scrambled to get in touch to change the delivery address, and they made it all the way out on a last minute change.
