I recently retained this accounting firm. They have completed filing my past 4 years of tax returns. Both personal tax return and corporate tax return for my small business. They are very thorough, professional. They explained my tax situation very well. The bookkeeper caught me up to date for my small business accounting. We just got caught up with my corporate tax return and personal tax returns including 2015 to 2020 back taxes. Their service is really amazing. Bookkeeper is very detailed oriented. They professionally managed my messy books and updated my QuickBooks data file as a master. Extremely painful experience - would not recommend using this accountant at all. She often would take WEEKS to respond to my emails, and almost always avoided my calls. When she did get back in touch, she had difficulty answering basic questions that I had about the pros and cons of specific bookkeeping items. Also, when I first contacted her she indicated she could provide bookkeeping services and organize my QuickBooks Online (which I paid her to do).
