We have been customers of Roselyn’s for a long time and were so disappointed at how they handled a recent issue. We brought in a comforter and asked that it be washed only and not dry cleaned. When it came back it was completely ruined. We then brought in a recent receipt to show the price and Roselyn agreed to call us to discuss.
