We ordered 3 rugs for our new home and they arrived flawed and damaged. Unfortunately they did not replace them and repaired 2 but the 3rd one looks awful as it did from day 1. We have spent lots of our time meeting them at our home to discuss etc and after 3+ years it’s still not resolved and they refuse to replace and stand by their name. I would not recommend M&M Carpet as there are plenty of other places in which to receive good customer service as well as a quality product.
