I would suggest consumers to be very cautious and verbally clear, as well as firm when indicating what services they particularly want. I went to M & M Auto Repair shop recently to get a diagnostic test, however, I was never given a diagnostic test. The mechanics went ahead and fixed a problem on my vehicle, without my consent. I am assuming that the lady who works at the office told him to do so, since it was perfectly made clear from my part to "not do anything on the vehicle, besides a diagnostic test."
