Won't respond to my requests for adding my new vehicle to my permits for my apartment complex, been a solid work week and now I can't add it as a "visitor" as you're only allowed a couple days until you have to wait longer. if my car gets towed thanks for stealing from people trying to follow the rules. All tow companies are predators in practice it seems.

Only because they don’t allow negative stars. Worst company ever, full of thieves that steal stuff out of the vehicles they tow and the owners do nothing about it and neither does customer service. Had to file a lawsuit against this thieving company
