After taking our built-in microwave for 2 months, he diagnosed what he thought was the problem, and said he needed $275 for the diagnosis and to order the part. After he installed the part, the microwave still didn't work, and he stated that he didn't know what to replace next. Despite several requests----then demands---he refused to refund our payment. I strongly recommend avoiding this guy.
