A little higher consulting fee but well worth it
My review is based off of my interaction from the receptionist. I called on behalf of a customer of mine who is in need of legal services. I asked what the typical retainer would be for a particular area of service and she noted she cannot quote anything but can quote the consult fee of $250 only. I asked for more clarification on the consult fee and she just repeated herself. This review is based off solely from my interaction from the receptionist, who was rude, impatient and condescending. I assume her lack of professionalism represented the firm, although this may not be the case. I'm sure Ms. Smith is pleasant and competent, but just reviewing from my initial call with the receptionist while asking basic questions.
I’ve used Lynn’s office years ago and have watched her in the court room . The only thing I can say is you DO NOT want to be the opposing party. I would always recommend her and anyone in her office if you want the best family lawyers in Onslow Co
