The venue was absolutely gorgeous inside, and my guests enjoyed the cocktail party inside the creator studio. From the time I arrived to my event, the owner ensured that I was personally taken care of, and I appreciated that.
I attended a holiday event at M Lounge and had a very uncomfortable experience. The owner was rude and unprofessional, openly speaking about our group to staff in a way that felt nasty and disrespectful. It created an environment where we felt watched rather than welcomed, which completely took away from the event. This was disappointing and not the level of hospitality I would expect.
Love this place! You having a party? Everybody swinging? This is the place to do it!
This was a beautiful hall and the event planning and organization was well done by Veronica or Ms.V !!
