Appt on time. Front office, nurse, and doctor all professional but friendly. Could not be happier now that we are with PomonaValley and Premier Family
Dr. Valadez is great and I would recommend her to anyone for primary care. The wait does tend to be a bit long, however, she makes it worth it when she comes in. She made me feel heard, I didn't feel rushed or that my appt was over in 10 min. She took her time to make sure ask my concerns were addressed.
