Had Lathrop out twice now to service my system. Several years apart, but great service both times. This time they even backfilled and seeded the holes! Granted, I dug out the tank lids, but they went above and beyond!
Lathrop pumping and Septic was wonderful to work with. After plug in pipe to input tank was broken up with pressurize hose by another family business, Michael Lathrop pumped the holding tank which his family company had installed a riser on a few years back. . Then he inspected the input tank, dug it and installed a riser for it. Michael smoothed the earth over both risers, marked them with some stone slabs I had for future if there is a need to access either input or pumping chambers, and put down grass seed. I had a great experience with lathrop septic. They kept me informed every step of the way, were very polite and handle the job with care. They treated my yard like it was their own and even put down grass seed down after digging. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful. Highly recommend!
