My appointment was for today to be seen as a new patient. My appointment time was at 3 PM. I was told to arrive at 2:30 PM to do paperwork and talk to the nurse. An hour and a half later and I still hadn’t seen the doctor and no explanation on why my appointment was an hour behind. I had a bad feeling the moment I arrived because the building is disgusting, grungy and rundown. When you walk in the front door, the entire place looks like it needs to be mopped and scrubbed down.
