I haven't built with M Lahr but they built next door to me and the house is beautiful. Their guys were super respectful of us and the rest of the street. Their super intendent even took the time to learn my name and say hello to me when he saw me outside.
This company only cares about money. They will force you to build as large of a home as possible no matter the lot size. We had our home built a year ago and have had issues with flooding, erosion, and settling since the day we moved in. Do not buy from this company unless you want to spend 10x more than you need to and have a terrible home.
