Recently I discovered that a life insurance policy that I had was still open and should have been closed in 2019. There was no notification of non payment when I stopped paying. Instead the company/ Agent Martin L. King purchased an extension with the cash value of the policy and began plucking the monthly payment until the cash value dwindled from $15,000 to $600. I was in a car accident Oct 15, 2022 and lost my unborn child my back has 5 desk that are broken they keep giving me the run around today is July 20, 2023 and they still haven’t received any funds from insurance company all they won’t is more paperwork and my kids that I have was never in the car with me they won’t there birth records why I don’t understand that I was the person in the car

I filled out for an online auto quote. I received a call from this company. The gentleman informed me he looked up my address and that we lived close to each other and proceeded to tell me who owned the home. I asked why he would look up where I lived for an automobile I asked him if this was the gentleman I thought was weird and he said yes. I asked him why he would call me back.
