I'm sorry to say our experience was very unsatisfactory. Communication with them was difficult after then down payment was made. We were told it would be 1 month to get materials for job. Calls and texts were not responded to. 3 months later job date was finally scheduled. This was a remodel, we were not advised as to our prep. Either the estimator or front office. Initially went into Home Depot for new countertops around around the mid August time frame, their end was fairly straight forward with picking it out and explaining that they would use M&L for the install and cutting. They explained that they would contact me to set up a date to confirm the measurements, after not being contacted for a couple weeks I had given them and home depot a call and finally was able find a date to confirm a date to have it confirmed. This company is horrible, we got 8 different excuses as to why things were not completed. It took over a month to get a response. I cant believe they are still in business with how horrible they treat their customers. I would recommend ordering from anywhere else as they clearly cannot handle their time management.

Thank You Marty and Jeff for coming to our home on Wednesday December 28th, 2022 to install our new countertops for us in MN. You guys did a fabulous job on them,and we are very satisfied with the remarkable job you did. We absolutely love our HiMac ice queen solid surface countertops.
